The candidate must be a BTech / DAE (Civil) with 6-8 years of relevant experience. The incumbent will carry out valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of material and cost; prepare and monitor project purchasing forecasts; measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations; provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence, commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts and Service Level Agreements and certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts. The person will ensure project commercial processes are in compliance with project requirements. A key function will be reconciliation of payments and material as per set KPIs.
